PIAB Fee Structure Changes

The Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB) have made a change to their fee structure in relation to the submission of applications.

From the 1st September 2019 the fees for an application to PIAB increased from €45.00 to €90.00. This fee increase however only applies to paper based applications submitted.

Online Applications

Applications to PIAB submitted online via the PIAB Solicitors portal or PIAB Online applications will enjoy the lower fee structure of €45.00.
